Something that many people list as one of the most critical factors in choosing where they live or stay is what resources are available in case of emergency. Thailand has become one of the most popular medical tourist destinations due to its good value health care compared to many countries in the West today, that’s not to say that there are not healthcare providers that should be clearly avoided. Hua Hin is a rapidly growing town which in the last decade has gone from a sleepy fishing town to a popular tourist and expat location along with the Bangkokians who are increasingly loving to visit this lovely little town.

Hua Hin has 3 main hospitals and many clinics scattered around town for general practitioner preventative care and health education. Also, about 25kms to the south of town is Pranburi Hospital on an army base with a good reputation that will accept foreigners.
